My journey to a plant-based diet began a few years ago when I started
experiencing health issues that I couldn't seem to resolve with traditional
medicine. After doing some research, I discovered that changing my diet
could be the key to improving my health and wellbeing. So, I decided to cut
out meat and dairy and focus on incorporating more plant-based foods into my
meals.
Since then, I've seen a significant improvement in my health, and I've
never looked back. I've also become more aware of the impact that our food
choices have on the environment and animal welfare. Eating a plant-based
diet not only benefits our health but also helps to reduce our carbon
footprint and support a more sustainable food system.
